Cold signer setup

Path A: On a dedicated phone, open /cold-signer/ while online (install is allowed until a vault is loaded), import the vault file, then enable airplane mode. Unlock/sign are blocked while online after import.

Path B: Copy the built cold-signer package + this vault JSON onto SD/USB and load offline only.

Never re-import the vault secret into this browser after create.
